So my mom finally sent me some pic's from February when I went on a mini vacation to Island Park Idaho with them. It snowed the entire time we were there plus some, I hadn't seen that much snow in Idaho in a long time and I've lived there my whole life. It does snow quiet a bit more in eastern Idaho than were I grew up, but that still was one of there biggest snow hits I guess in quiet some time my aunt Kris told us. I had a blast the entire time my aunt's cabin was amazing and quite large, so there was plenty of room for my family plus some(thanks David). We snowmobiled up to Jackson which was gorgeous, then stopped and had lunch at a local dive, which had great milk shakes. During the long snowmobile ride my hands would get tired from holding on to the gas so I would switch off with my Aunt Bronwyn and ride on the back of my Uncle Keith's, who is a crazy driver! But my family cant go anywhere without having bad luck so of course one of the rangers pulled over my dad and gave him a $80 ticket on one of the rented snowmobiles because it wasn't registered, he was pretty up set to say the least.
Times like this when I miss my family and Idaho, there is definitely allot more outdoor stuff to do in Idaho than in the Big D.

Wisdom Teeth
Yesterday was spent helping Ariel recover after she had her wisdom teeth taken out. After the surgery she was pretty delirious, and kept talking about the weird dreams she had and how the drugs were a trip. She recovered quickly but because of her medication was asleep most of the day, so I just played video games and watched TV between changing gauss strips and feeding pills down her throat.

Rock band B-day!
It was Smitty's Birthday on Easter this year. Though his birthday doesn't normally land on Easter, This year he had to share it with a holiday so he had a b-day weekend instead. So on Friday for his b-day I took him to get some good Mexican food in Coppell, we saw a movie"Drill bit Taylor" which I gave a thumbs down to. Saturday I took him to lunch at a burger joint (I also give it a thumbs down) we went to Sprinkles which has the best cupcakes in the world and then I allowed Justin to open his presents a day early. I got him a couple simple gifts because I knew his mom was getting him the mother load! Which she did with a little bit of my help if i do say so my self. Yes folks he got "Rock Band" for his x-box 360, which now that I think about it was probably not the best idea, since I couldn't get him off his video game in the first place and now I feel that I just feed the belly of the beast.
Don't worry everybody we didn't forget the most important Holiday that happened this weekend, we did celebrate Easter. Though we broke the rule of no video games on Sunday we figured since it was two Holidays in one that we could let it slide this time.

Sick of being sick!
I have literally been sick for the past month. I got bronchitis about 3 weeks ago and now I have it again, I definitely think it's being around all the kids at my old job who are always sick and there parents don't do anything about it. So this weekend I basically have stayed in bed and did a whole lot of nothing, so that I could be all rested up for my new job that I started last Friday. But nothing changed I actually just got sicker, and today as I was blowing snot and germs all over my new co-workers I decided it was time to head back to the doctor. I was re diagnosed with bronchitis and he put me on stronger med's this time so that for sure the virus would go away.

My first post
When I first heard about "Blog Spot," and people posting blogs. I thought "Ahh it's kinda like myspace but instead of posting about there Friday and Saturday night drinking binges at the closest fraternity house, people talk about there kids. Anyways I was pretty hesitant about doing a blog, but a couple of friends kept telling me I need to do one, I told them I dont have a hole lot to "blog" about; Justin's and my life is not very intresting, we dont have kids, we dont have a dog, what am I going to write about? But then I figured I actually am not going to be doing this for myself it's actually going to be for our families, since we live so far away from all of them I thought they would like to get better updates than what I usaually give them. So I dedicate this blog to our family who we miss everyday and who live so far away in good ol' Utah and Idaho, and to cousin Nate and Megan who are like family but from another mother.
